Geri is an Assistant Housing Coordinator for Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
Section Eight, out of Canton, NY. Her duties include assisting low-income families
in finding homes with a rent within their budgets. She interviews prospective
tenants and oversees the application process. For families and individuals
within her district, she inspects houses/units, writes leases, maintains
communication with landlords, and performs yearly recertifications.
