As Director of the Potsdam Neighborhood Center, Sandra's responsibilities are many.
She coordinates all food programs, including Surplus, Gleaning, Food Sense, and
Emergency Food. Additionally, she administers federal emergency funds from the
Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Sandra provides information referrals,
and also notes that the Center functions as a Workfare training site. Most
importantly, Sandra is an advocate for the community on a whole.
